Raising the resolution to 1080p or higher significantly improves the readability of the UI and does not cause issues btw! You can use any controller you have for your PC too if you so desire! And you can also scale effects like blur and bloom to the desired resolution. There are many great tweaks you can apply called Graphic Packs which feature lots of enhancements or fixes to games like 4K, a 60FPS patch, better LOD, bloom effects and more!

I really love how many cool details MonolithSoft pushed into this game, including many unique animations for some of the animals living in it's world. And I honestly still got many area themes stuck in my head along with the beggining part of the normal battle theme. Yet the soundtrack for this game was still pretty refreshing. I really like his pretty unique music for this game, of course I'll agree that for the most part the soundtracks for the other Xenoblade games are just godtier no matter what. Hiroyuki Sawano is the composer for this game! He's a pretty popular composer for animes like Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Guilty Crown, Attack on Titan, Kill la Kill, etc.
